💼 Common Responsibilities (by Role Type)

Program/Project Officers (Education, Agriculture, Gender, etc.)
- Design, implement, and monitor project activities

✅ General Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Background:

- Relevant certifications in M&E, project management, child protection, or data analysis may be required
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2–5+ years of relevant experience depending on the level of the role
- Experience in humanitarian or development contexts preferred
- Prior work with NGOs, UN agencies, or government development programs is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work in multicultural, multi-sectoral environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
