Job Description

Since 2003, the IRC has been actively working in Côte d’Ivoire to address humanitarian needs arising from socio-political crises. The areas covered by the programs include health, the empowerment of women, education, protection of children, economic recovery, and social cohesion.
Major Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Analysis Provide statistical data to support decision-making. Analyze the overall financial health of the country program.

Qualifications and Experience
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required.
- The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an international NGO.
- The candidate should possess a strong understanding of donor procedures and ERP financial systems.
Technical Skills
- Financial analysis, budget management, and compliance expertise.
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting software and am proficient in advanced Excel functions.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
