Job Description

Since 2003, the IRC has been actively working in Côte d’Ivoire to address humanitarian needs arising from socio-political crises. The areas covered by the programs include health, the empowerment of women, education, protection of children, economic recovery, and social cohesion.

Major Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Analysis Provide statistical data to support decision-making. Analyze the overall financial health of the country program.

Qualifications and Experience

A master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an international NGO.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of donor procedures and ERP financial systems.

Technical Skills

Financial analysis, budget management, and compliance expertise.
Possess a strong understanding of accounting software and am proficient in advanced Excel functions.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
